Online access to the Northern Ireland Legal Quarterly is available from the HeinOnline database from 1936 – 2006. Subsequent issues are not yet available online, but the print version is available in the Journal sections of Jordanstown (340) and Magee (K1.N6I5).

Can’t find a law journal online?

Don’t forget that some (mainly older) volumes of journals may not be avilable online. Instead you will have to consult the print version of the journal.
