You can find out if a Westminster Act extends to Northern Ireland by checking the Short title, commencement and extent section of the Act.  You will find this section at the end of the Act (but before any schedules).

Not sure whether an Act  has been passed by the UK Parliament at Westminster or by the Northern Ireland Assembly (or NI Parliament pre 1972)?  A handy way of telling is the position of the words ‘Northern Ireland’ in the title.
